There are several ways one can use to cook this delicious rice. Rinse red rice and remove debris if any. Heat 2 tbsp. of oil in a pot before adding 2 cups of rice, then stir for a few minutes. Add 4 cups of water or broth and bring to the boil. Turn heat down, cover pot and simmer until liquid is absorbed – about 35-40 minutes. Remove from heat and let it stand for 5-10 minutes before serving a spoon of deliciousness.
