Our Moong Dal is grown locally in the dry lands of Uttar Pradesh and Rajasthan and prepared by stone grounding and hand-pounding the legume, keeping the traditional farming practices intact. Infact, the seeds used are of indigenous variety ensuring the product is truly organic. To keep the pest and insects at bay, we spray the crop with Jeevamrut, Dashaparni Ark and other organic sprays also ensuring that no harsh chemical or synthetic pesticides are used. Our Moong Dal take almost 1.5X the time taken by its hybrid counterpart to grow, but it makes it certain that our crop is nutrient dense.
