In boiling water add the ragi vermicelli for 2 minutes and strain.
Chopp all the vegetables like onion, bell peppers, carrot, beans, green onion, boil some green pea.
In a pan take desi ghee add chopped garlic and seasoning add onion and all other vegetables, add salt and saute till cooked.
Now add the boiling vermicelli garnish with spring onion and sprinkle some black pepper.
