The Desi Indian variety of barley seeds is nurtured using organic sprays like Jeevamrut and Dashaparni Ark to naturally protect crops from pests. Once harvested, the barley is carefully separated from its husk using ancient winnowing techniques, ensuring purity. The grains are then sun-dried and stone-ground at a very low RPM (Rotations per Minute), preventing heat generation and preserving their natural nutrients.
